What you will find that the system will only let you sign up with a US zipcode and State. 

We do not have a international signup form because we want to make sure that everyone understands that we only have USA eBay data. If you like, you can signup using a valid US zip code. You can then change your information to reflect your actual address once the account is set up.

We are looking into adding other ebay data regions as demand starts to grow for these markets.  We will make announcements as we add new Data feeds from ebay
